Peggy is available to speak to your group or organization about issues concerning seniors and their families.
The Elder Law and Estate Planning practice of Peggy L. Sanders was established to provide the unique legal needs of elderly clients. We also serve clients with elderly parents, partners, or other relatives, and clients who want to plan for when they are elderly.
We are centrally located in Edmonds, Washington, and serve the Greater Seattle / Puget Sound area including Snohomish and King Counties.
Our goal is to develop compassionate, attentive relationships with our clients, and to secure and protect their futures and those of their families. We empower all of our clients to live full and secure lives to their greatest potential. No matter what life may hold tomorrow, we can help to insure your security, independence and peace of mind.
In addition, we are actively involved in the elder community, and we work tirelessly to champion the rights and needs of older Americans. We provide unique services for our Lesbian, Gay, Bi- and Transgender clients.
Peggy is the Chair of the Legislative Committee of the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and she is a member of National Policy Committee of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
